The methods of analytical research, both standardized and new methods of determining and estimating the parameters of operation of agricultural machines are further applied, and various approaches are analyzed to determine the main, most vulnerable from the point of view of the machine design indicators used in testing machines in the European Union and in advanced countries. The approaches to the estimation of the accuracy of measurements during the tests are analyzed. Requirements for reliability of estimation of accuracy of measurements are analyzed. The classical approach to measurement quality assessment is investigated, the measurement approach to measurement quality measurement based on uncertainty is investigated. The algorithm of estimation of uncertainty of measurements of indicators of agricultural machines and tractors is developed. Methodical approaches have been developed to evaluate the technical and technological level of components, separate technical units of agricultural machines. The offered indexes of quality of performance of technological process are offered and their estimation proceeding from the modern world technical and technological level and taking into account the size, technological and financial support achieved in the economy. Programs and methods for estimation of agronomic, energy and operational parameters of agricultural units are proposed.
