The purpose of the work stage is to develop an information-measuring system for adaptive control of the process of manufacturing parts of stamps and to study a flexible automated system for the production of parts of stamps. Research Methods - The main scientific results and conclusions obtained using the system-structural approach, methods of control and evaluation of metrological characteristics, theory of errors, theory of imitation modeling, adaptive modeling, theory of pattern recognition, theory of artificial intelligence, active laser control, upstream method of design and application programming. The main results of the researches: the concept of construction of the structural adaptive model of the cyber-physical system of manufacturing details of precision dies; cyber-integrated information-measuring system with active laser control of production of parts of stamped semi-finished products was investigated; the scheme of measuring channel of laser devices is developed; a model of technological active laser control on a special machine with feedback is developed; an adaptive model of cyber-integrated information-measuring system with active control of production of die parts is developed.
