The purpose of this work is to try to apply of an ultrasonic flaw detector using wireless data transmission (BPD) to create a universal system non-destructive testing of remote objects, the status of which is promptly transmitted over long distances for further processing and making the necessary decision. This increases the probability of data transfer due use of digital processing and transmission of digital information directly from the primary converter to the center information processing (COI). The object of research is a wireless ultrasonic flaw detector built of using a system on the ARM chip. The subject of research - the creation of a flaw detector with greater functionality and best features. Research methods are based on development and experimental research wireless information interfaces, modern software, digital signal processing wireless ultrasonic flaw detectors. The results of the research and their detailed analysis made it possible to improve the methodology, reliability and accuracy of non-destructive testing of objects and substances. Mobility, convenience, reliability and ease of creation of devices and systems for NC with BPD opens a new direction in defectoscopy. Absence of connecting cables at data transmission of NC from and to objects allows to carry out control in any spatial position and in places with limited access. Connect and use powerful PCs located in COI, in the system of NC allows to use various methods of data processing and to carry out automatic registration and storage of diagnostic results.
