It is shown that the application of this technology comprehensively solves not only the energy problem of obtaining cheaper thermal energy, but also the environmental problem - the waste that is added as components to the composition of combusted composite fuels is utilized and disinfected. Theoretical analysis of hydrogen production technologies and electrochemical processes of electricity generation with its use is performed. Chemical and electrochemical methods of hydrogen production have been improved based on the results of theoretical and experimental researches.
