The subject of the work is the study of the chemical composition, electrical, photosensitive and photoelectric properties of silicon heterostructures based on silicon films doped with rare earth elements. The purpose of the work is to establish the optimal technological modes of synthesis of silicon heterostructures doped with rare earth elements from the point of view of obtaining maximum photosensitivity and photoelectric properties. The first section presents an analysis of the materials used for the synthesis of photovoltaic converters. The second section presents the physical and technological features of silicon films with impurities of rare earth metals, as well as their areas of use. The third section describes the technological route of production of experimental samples, investigations of chemical composition of silicon material with impurities of rare earth elements, measurements of electrical, photoelectric and photosensitive properties of experimental samples.
