Studies have shown the highest efficiency of UIA adsorbent, based on modified activated carbon. Based on this, a compact filter with a life span of up to 10 hours was manufactured. A power supply unit for electronics for controlling the cooling process of the mirror with a powerful adjustable output for direct supply of the cooling system of the mirror was developed, as well as a scheme for controlling the cooling process of the mirror with stabilizing the cooling rate. A spark protection board is manufactured to ensure reliable operation of the sensors in the explosion-proof zone, while limiting the voltage and current in the intrinsically safe circuits at safe levels at all modes of operation of the device, incl. and equipment failure.
