The purpose of the work is to agree on a reverse, type 1-M, ventilation scheme and calculation of air flow required for ventilation of the treatment plant and excavation site, as well as the allowable gas factor load on the treatment face of the root lava of PJSC «Mine Management «Pokrovske». Research methods – generalization and analysis of results, methods mat. statistics, calculations by standard methods. As a result of the work, the mining-geological and mining characteristics of the excavation section of the root lava of PJSC «Mine Management «Pokrovske» were analyzed. "Recommendations for ensuring gas safety of the excavation section of the root lava of PJSC «Mine Management «Pokrovske» when using the reverse flow ventilation scheme, type 1-M" were developed. Approved the use of reverse, type 1-M, ventilation scheme of the excavation section of the root lava of the horizon 593 m, calculation of air flow required for its ventilation, and the maximum allowable loads on the treatment face by the gas factor in the first and second stages of lava development.
