This report is needed by the Convention Secretariat both to understand the context of the State, its data and to assess progress in the prevention of air pollution. The inventory report describes the initial data and calculation methods used in estimating air emissions in Ukraine since 1990. Official statistics, government, public sector reports, scientific publications and private sector reports were used. The source data was processed using a reporting format approved by the ECE \ CRLTAP Secretariat.
