A new method of numerical processing of the reflection characteristic is proposed, which increases the accuracy of measurement due to the independence of the intensity change in the minimum of the reflection characteristic by almost 9.5 times with increasing thickness of the additional layer, which is important for biochemical interactions and the effective thickness of the adsorbed analyte layer in the sensitivity zone of the surface plasmon. The prospects of the proposed solution are shown on the example of the antigen-antibody interaction of enzootic bovine leukemia.
