The purpose of the work is to develop technical documentation for the safe mining of coal seams inclined to gas-dynamic phenomena in the mining and geological conditions of «Kapitalna Mine». Research methods – generalization and analysis of results, methods of mat. statistics, calculations by standard methods. As a result of the work, the mining-geological and mining conditions of the reservoir l1 prone to gas-dynamic phenomena are analyzed. Developed "Recommendations for safe mining of coal seam l1, inclined to gas-dynamic phenomena, 2 northern lava of the group slope of layer l1, without illumination of the outgoing jet of air, in the mining and geological conditions of the «Kapitalna Mine». Measures were taken to combat to gas-dynamic phenomena in the development of the 2 northern lava and the 2 northern conveyor drift of the group slope of formation l1 of block № 2. It was agreed to work out 2 northern lava of the group slope of the l1 formation by a narrow-grip combine without illumination of the outgoing jet of air, provided that the required amount of air was slaughtered for stable ventilation and with the mandatory implementation of the developed recommendations. As a result of the application of the developed recommendations, the safety of mining operations is ensured, which is of great socio-economic and environmental importance.
