The purpose of the work – development and implementation of synthesis methods for new heterocyclic compounds exhibiting high biological activity. Research methods - chemical synthesis, thin layer chromatography (TLC), X-ray diffraction analysis (PCA), infrared spectroscopy (IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, mass spectrometry. Literary review and substantive preparative approaches to the synthesis of nitrogenous heterocycles have been performed. A method for the synthesis of benzothieno [2 ', 3': 4,5] pyrimido [1,6-b] [1,2,4] triazines has been proposed. A new method for the synthesis of 1,3,5-oxadiazine derivatives using dehydrosulfurizing reagents has been developed. A method for the synthesis of substituted 2- (1-acyl-3-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl) phenols has been developed.A method for the preparation of ethyl 2-amino-6,8-dimethyl-1,3-dioxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrrolo [1,2-a] pyrazine-7-carboxylate by intramolecular cyclization of N-substituted pyrroles has been found.
