 The purpose of the work is to substantiate the theoretical support and scientific and methodological approaches to the development of marketing of goods and services in Ukraine. The object of research is the process of marketing of goods and services in Ukraine and other countries. The subject of research - theoretical and practical recommendations for improving the marketing tools of goods and services. The main results of the study and their scientific novelty are as follows: proposed scientific and practical recommendations for organizing a study of the market of educational services in terms of pricing and cooperation with employers on the basis of discriminatory analysis; the main directions of development of socially responsible marketing in the conditions of pandemic and a new stage of economic crisis are investigated; developed theoretical support for the development and implementation of innovative technologies in marketing; improved methodological support for market segmentation and selection of partners of the enterprise in the process of marketing activities; the essence of partnership is identified, on the basis of which the definition of "partnership" is proposed, which means the union of two or more independent entities on the basis of long-term cooperation in order to achieve joint goals and objectives that are difficult to achieve alone; the role of relations with partners in the process of marketing activities of the enterprise is determined, which consists in additional opportunities and resources that the enterprise receives for the development and increase of its competitiveness; the methodical approach to formation of the maintenance of training of marketing in the field of municipal management on the basis of didactic reduction is improved (on an example of sphere of housing and communal services) the priority directions of increase of social responsibility of marketing on the basis of conscientious advertising of production are substantiated
