The following ones should be noted among them: population growth and aging, tourist mobility, development of information and communication technologies, clustering. In order to substantiate the theoretical and methodological principles and develop practical recommendations for ensuring the competitiveness of Ukraine's tourism industry in international tourism markets, the components of the geoeconomic system of tourism in the country are systematized, which allows to activate the internal potential of the territory , which ensures the general perception of the region and its competitiveness in the long run. A correlation model between the factors of innovation and cluster development and global competitiveness of countries is proposed, which enables to substantiate the feasibility of using the strategy of innovation and cluster development for Ukraine in the world in completely different sectors of the economy, including tourism. The methodological approach to determining the relationship between per capita income levels and education is further developed, the peculiarity of which is the allocation of bifurcation points, at which a high income of population reduces economic activity and its stimulae to receive education, which provokes booming flows of labour migration and leads to increased social tensions and manifestations of negative factors in the labour market.
