The purpose of the work is to develop a method for the synthesis of new polymeric materials and oleochemical products based on renewable raw materials; study of their structure and properties; research of areas of application of synthesized products. Research methods – elemental analysis; infrared spectroscopy; viscosimetry; differential scanning calorimetry; thermogravimetric analysis; processing and analysis of the obtained results. The method of synthesis of (alkoxy) (acyloxy) titanates based on tetrabutoxytitanium, a mixture of monocarboxylic acids of vegetable oils, as well as water-soluble resins based on 4, 4'-dihydroxydiphenylsulfone was studied; the method of synthesis of oleochemical products using the catalyst – proton ionic liquids is investigated, and it is established that the greatest yield is achieved by hydrolysis of sunflower oil; the liquid composition for external coatings was investigated and it was established that the physical and mechanical parameters, specific heat capacity exceed the indicators of known coatings. Developed: method of synthesis of new polymeric materials; method of synthesis of oleochemical products on the basis of renewable raw materials; composition of a liquid composition for obtaining heat-protective coatings with reduced flammability (according to which a new technical solution was developed and protected by a patent of Ukraine for a utility model).
