The subject of the study is the legal relationships that arise from the implementation and application of the UA in the legal systems of third countries and Ukraine. The subject of the study is the EU AAs and acquis communautaire defined in such agreements. Research methods. The methodological basis of the research is the system of general scientific and special jurisprudence methods, the use of which allows to thoroughly explore the outlined subject. Among the elements of this system are the formal and logical method used to determine the scope and content of the AA and the concept of the EU acquis, as well as formulating the main conclusions of the study; the system-structural method used to clarify the place and meaning of the concept of EU AA and the acquis in the structure of regulations and in the system of legislation in the EU and EU Member States; a historical method that explores the practice of applying the AA at different stages of the development of EU law and analyzes the scientific approaches to defining the content of the EU acquis and ways of transposing the EU acquis into third country legal systems. Among the main methods used to achieve this research objective is the comparative legal method by which the content and volume of EU external agreements are compared with third countries. The method of interpreting the legal norms has made it possible to find out the role and importance of the EU AA and the acquis in the process of its transposition into third country legal systems.
