High energy transfer efficiency (~ 90%) and electron interaction magnitude of ~ 610 meV are obtained, which are the highest value for zinc chalcogenides today. New materials with high optical nonlinearity, including films with star-shaped gold nanoparticles and palladium oxide (PdO) films, have also been synthesized and investigated. The results obtained are important for the development of fundamental ideas about the flow of electronic and nonlinear optical processes in condensed media, which makes such structures promising for the creation of 3rd generation solar cells, photocatalytic systems, photodetectors and light-emitting diodes.
