Object of research: Ukraine Armed Forces medical support organization system according territorial principle. Aim of research: determine possible ways of improvement of medical support organization in the area of responsibility of military medical clinical center. Methods of research: system analysis, comparison, statistical, expert assessments. Based on analysis of troops medical support experience in leading world countries and in Joint Forces Operation contemporary requirements to formation of medical support system in the area of responsibility of military medical clinical center have been developed. The ways of improvement of medical support system in the area of responsibility of military medical clinical center have been proposed taking into account existing problems of troops medical support management, the state of medical supply and sanitary-epidemiological support. Based on expert assessments functional assignment of proposed military medical clinical center's unit of medical support management according territorial principle has been determined; and its organization-staff structure has been substantiated. The propositions to improve of medical support according territorial principle have been taking into account to develop organization-staff structure of operational-medical department of regional military medical clinical center.
