The purpose of the work is to create innovative technological systems and processes for reconfigured industries. Novelty: a set of experimental studies of new technological systems and processes to ensure multi-item small-scale competitive production. The ways of realization of the developed technological processes and systems for increase of competitiveness of new technological offers are shown. New technical and technological solutions that accompany the implementation of the second stage of the state budget theme, created using elements of intelligent computing, technology for processing large data sets. The novelty of the research is confirmed by the prepared for registration of inventions and utility models created on the basis of experimental research works. Efficiency: Comparative results which can be reached as a result of use of the offered innovative methods, ways of processing of the materials directed on increase of wear resistance of working surfaces of details of cars and also, innovative methods of diagnostics of technological processes, production systems, and also products of machine-building production are shown. The research results are proposed for development for further implementation in the educational process for innovative courses of educational and scientific programs, in production at machine-building enterprises, as well as through patenting of utility models and inventions, publications in scientometric and professional publications, through speeches at scientific and scientific-methodical conferences, for approbation at the leading machine-building enterprises of Ukraine.
