The object of study is computer-technical and telecommunication facilities. The purpose of the work is the development of guidelines on the appointment and conduct of forensic merchandising expertise in evaluating computer-technical and telecommunication facilities. Research methods - in the development of methodological recommendations, a set of research methods of the modern theory of knowledge and general scientific methods was used. Theoretical and practical results: 1) analyzed expert, in particular, evaluative research practice in order to evaluate computer-technical and telecommunication facilities; 2) methodological recommendations on the appointment and conduct of forensic merchandising expertise on the assessment of computer-technical and telecommunications facilities have been developed. Novelty - for the first time in judicial expert institutions of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, methodological recommendations have been developed for evaluating computer-technical and telecommunication facilities. Efficiency of implementation - the results of research work can significantly expand the possibilities of conducting forensic science expertise and expert merchandising research. Scope - the results of scientific research can be used in expert practice when conducting merchandising examinations on the study of computer-technical and telecommunication facilities.
