The purpose of the study is to develop modern multidimensional software for the accumulation, transmission and display of information that will allow the crews of the main models of weapons and military equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to independently (remotely) increase the level of their technical knowledge. Research methods - systematic approach, retrospective analysis, method of expert assessments, statistical methods. Theoretical and practical results and their novelty: established features and expediency of using multimedia technologies in the educational process of higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and in combat training of JI units of the Armed Forces; outstanding prospects and developed recommendations for further development of multimedia software packages to increase the efficiency of training specialists in the main military and technical specialties of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; developed multimedia software and identified recommendations for the introduction of modern multimedia training technologies in military education and combat training of the Armed Forces; the effectiveness of the introduction of a multimedia program complex in the educational process of the Kharkiv Military Institute of such troops.
