The purpose of the work is to create a manual based on the systematization of the requirements of existing legal documents in order to form reasonable generalized requirements and knowledge among employees of enterprises related to railway transport regarding the design of railway devices, structures and standards of their maintenance, features of the organization and technology of operational work and traffic safety. The scientific novelty of the work consists in the fact that for the first time has been created the manual that examines the railway transport systems of industrial enterprises on the basis of existing and promising technical means and systematization of the requirements of the legal framework of Ukraine. Practical value of the work consists in that the use of allowances for production will improve the quality of teaching and learning staff requirements according to the normative documentation for the safe operation of railway transport, which is essential for the efficient functioning of industrial enterprises.
