The purpose of the study is to develop and improve the theoretical provisions and methods for determining the main directions of ensuring the innovative development of industrial enterprises, taking into account the factor of turbulence. Research methods: analytical, abstract-logical, systems analysis, reflexive control, statistical, expert assessments, complex assessment, economic-mathematical modeling, comparison. Theoretical and practical results: the innovative principles of formation of the industrial enterprises development management mechanism taking into account the factors of turbulence are systematized; the mechanism of reflexive management of relations with stakeholders in the CSR system has been improved; the influence of pricing mechanisms on the formation of anti-crisis management decisions is studied; methodical approaches to the complex estimation of refractories use economic efficiency in steelmaking production are improved. Scientific novelty: 1. The organizational and economic mechanism of the enterprise innovative development management taking into account factors of economic turbulence is offered. 2. Methodological approaches to the formation of machine-building enterprises pricing policy is improved. 3. The investment-innovative method “impact investing” for financing of the enterprises activity is offered. 4. The matrix approach to assessing the level of stakeholder groups priority is improved. The practical significance is due to the use of the results obtained by industrial enterprises in the formation of mechanisms to ensure innovative development. The main results of research in the form of methods and proposals have been brought to practical application in the activities of industrial enterprises, including metallurgical, machine-building and agro-technical enterprises, communal enterprises, small enterprises.
