To achieve this goal, the following tasks have been solved: - investigation of selected objects of low-rise buildings, including one- and two-storey residential, public and historical-architectural monuments, on the territory of Chernihiv and other cities of Chernihiv Polesia, to determine the causes and variety of their damage; - structural and planning plans, materials for supporting structures, the bottom of foundation and the factors affecting the performance of low-rise buildings and constructions are analyzed; - formulation of region map for the Chernihiv low-rise building area; - the method of stabilization foundations of low-rise buildings under certain engineering-geological conditions in Chernihiv has been improved, by what the performance of the entire building is improved.
