The importance of formation a new conceptual and categorical framework in cultural studies to develop research potential and culturological analysis is defined.The notion of nationality as a theoretical means of fixing the social dialectic of human existence and at the same time a practical means of understanding the motivation of individual and collective subjects of social activity, those forms of consciousness that reflect the essential features of social groups in the multilevel institutional organization of society as a whole, in cultural systems different levels of generality (community, group, individual).The idea of planetary self-identification and the planetary model of socialization is criticized, the main result of which should be the formation of a planetary worldview as a mechanism for ensuring human unity. "Planetary worldview" is recognized as a form of ideology. The understanding of H. Chelpanov’s main tasks of philosophy is investigated. It is revealed that from the point of view of the thinker, the leading goal of philosophy is to solve the ultimate, universal problems of being, the search for its sense. With the help of specific sciences, philosophy knows the world as integrity. It is necessary to determine the purpose of human life. It is concluded that Chelpanov defines philosophy as a science and mistakenly denies the existence of a difference between the methods of philosophy and the specific sciences. Various approaches to understanding the essence of social entrepreneurship that have emerged in contemporary socio-economic thought are presented. The activity of the public sector, business structures, international funds aimed at the development of social entrepreneurship in Ukraine has been shown.
