In accordance with the Schedule, it was divided into 5 stages, the content of the studies of which concentrated around issues such as studies of the magnetic-static and magnetic resonance properties of nanogranular films with various types of granule anisotropy and the orientation of its axes at a concentration of granules in the vicinity and above the percolation threshold; magneto-optical studies of closely spaced quantum wells, one of which contains a diluted magnetic semiconductor, and the second non-magnetic one; studies of the magneto-transport characteristics of nanogranular magnetic films in the vicinity of the transition through the percolation threshold; studies of continuous magnetic films of half metals, the conditions for the formation of their anisotropy and the effect of the substrate on this anisotropy; studies of tunnel magnetoresistance in granular films with uniformly oriented and pink-oriented anisotropy of granules. Of course, one of the questions listed was posed as the main thing for this or that stage, but other issues also continued to be studied during this period. This report contains a summary of the main results obtained for the entire period of the project, including the 5th stage of the “Research of tunnel magnetoresistance in granular films with uniformly oriented and disoriented anisotropy” with conclusions about all stages results. The results can be used to create functional elements based on nanogranular films, semiconductor nanostructures with quantum wells, magnetic films from half metals, in further studies and in the educational process.
