ASSESSMENT OF THE STATE OF BOTTOM BIOCENOSES OF THE BOTANICAL RESERVE "PHILOPHORE ZERNOVA FIELD". The need and urgency of the work is due to systematic observations of the state of natural complexes and objects in the reserve to develop scientific principles for preserving the biological diversity of this area, as well as measures to restore and inexhaustible use of natural resources of the Philophoric Field Zernov (PFZ). The purpose of the research is to assess the current state and dynamics of changes in the bottom biocenoses of PFZ. The objects of the study are the marine environment, bottom sediments and benthic settlements of the botanical reserve. The subject of the study is the indicators of the state of sea water, bottom sediments and groups of bottom plants and animals of the PFZ. The research method is a systems approach. To achieve this goal the following tasks are solved: - assessment of the state of sea water in the area of the PFZ for the content of pollutants; - assessment of the state of bottom sediments of the PFZ on the content of pollutants; - assessment of the state of bottom biocenoses of the botanical reserve.
