The partnership activity of local self-government bodies and social services on realization of children's rights is analyzed. Palliative care as an innovative social service in Ukraine has been studied. The activity of public organizations, other associations of citizens in the implementation of socially significant initiatives and community projects is analyzed. The organization of psychological assistance to clients of social services is analyzed. The social and psychological training in work with the crisis personality is investigated. The role of organizational culture in improving the activities of social services is analyzed. The care and upbringing of children in conditions close to family, as an innovative mechanism of the process of deinstitutionalization of boarding schools is analyzed Innovative forms of work of the employment service to meet the needs of clients have been studied. The result of scientific research of the stated issues is the development of problems of introduction of innovative directions of providing social services to clients of social services.
