A complex method of pre-field, field, laboratory and in-house biogeochemical studies of agricultural lands is proposed. The expediency of application of methods of mapping of agrolandscapes and the combined analysis of distribution of nutrients in the system "rocks - waters - soils - plants natural and agricultural cultures" is substantiated. The main and auxiliary coefficients of agroecological assessment of biogeochemical chains are determined. Three methodical principles of separation of long - term deformations of the system "soil - plant" in agrolandscapes of arable lands are formulated. Examples of assessment of agrotechnogenic deformations in the system "rocks - typical chernozems - grain crops" for agrolandscapes of the Right Bank Forest-Steppe are given. The directions of balanced nature use of land resources taking into account agrotechnogenic deformations of biogeochemical chains of nutrients are offered.
