The purpose is to study the features of surface modification of silicon oxide in the process of immobilization of metallic nanostructured coatings, the study of adsorption immobilization of metal nanocoatings for the functionalization of the oxide materials surface and the study of wetting by solder melts with subsequent use for connection of quartz glass with aluminum alloys. The wetting of Mo-, Nb-, V-, Cr-, Ti-single and double (second layer - Cu) nanocoatings by Pb-In, Pb-Sn, Pb-Ag melts was studied. The contact angles decreases linearly with increasing film thickness from the angle of SiO2 to the angle of the compact metal. When comparing the wetting of single freshly applied coatings with annealed films, the thickness increases from 70 to 80 nm for Ti, from 63 to 70 nm for Nb and from 50 to 60 nm for Mo. Immobilization, strength adhesion, of metal coatings on the substrate surface is determined by the contact interaction of silicon oxide and the film metal. After annealing, the metal coatings are destrused. It depends on the temperature and holding time at the same temperature. Destruction solid metal film, depending on the chemical affinity of the metal of the film to oxygen, forms "islands" of various shapes with a predominance of a round shape. For Cr film, the thickness (60 nm) of the maximum shear strength for Pb-Ag, Pb-In and Pb-Sn alloys is 7,2; 8,4; 9,1 MPa. For Nb film (65 nm) - 8,0; 12,1; 16,4 MPa, for the Ti film (68 nm) - 8,4; 14,2; 17,2 MPa. Product Description popup.authors Hab Ivan I.
