Laboratory tests of the anchor nut manufactured by Chermet Kharkov LLC and optimization of the design of the ZPK lock were carried out. A conclusion was developed on the compliance of the technical characteristics of the anchor nut manufactured by Chermet Kharkov LLC and the ZPK15M.001 strap manufactured by Chermet Kharkov LLC according to TU U 25.1-36455308-001: 2015, regulatory requirements and the possibility of their application at mining enterprises in Ukraine. As a result of laboratory tests of the support elements, the technical characteristics of the anchoring and frame fastening elements used in coal mines of Ukraine comply with the requirements of regulatory documents, an increase in the stability of mine workings in difficult mining and geological conditions and the safety of mining operations.
