The Concept substantiates the ways of rehabilitation of contaminated soils by means of remediation, which will contribute to the transfer of land use to the principles of balanced development of "green growth" for agriculture, conservation, reproduction and expansion of biodiversity, improving environmental safety of agro-ecosystems for sustainable development. The Concept is intended for implementation by state bodies of territorial administration, specialists of the agricultural sector, public organizations, landowners and land users, researchers, teachers and students of higher agricultural educational Institutions.
