The purpose of the work is to develop technological bases and create functional elements with film coatings based on ion-plasma condensates to reduce the visibility of moving objects in the IR range; study of spectral characteristics, structural properties and establishment of optimal parameters of these coatings; creation of camouflage screens to significantly reduce the IR (thermal) contrast against the background of the environment. Prototypes of functional elements coated with ion-plasma condensates AlN and MgO on flexible dielectric and metal substrates were created. The structural, optical (in the IR range) and electrophysical characteristics of the obtained ion-plasma condensates and samples of functional structures have been studied. The effects of a significant reduction in the intensity of thermal radiation of objects protected by the developed functional elements with coatings based on ion-plasma condensates in the range of thermal imaging equipment (7 - 14 μm) have been identified. The efficiency of blocking infrared radiation in the range of 2-300 μm by functional elements based on ion-plasma condensates AlN / Mylar, MgO / Teflon was studied. It is established that heating to T ~ 100 оС of these functional elements practically does not change the nature of the spectral dependences of IR transmission. The high temporal stability of the IR properties of the obtained ion-plasma condensates is shown. Raman studies of film ion-plasma condensates AlN and MgO were performed and the correlation of Raman studies with morphological and IR spectral features was established.
