The results are methods for improving the security and safety of CS of specialized small businesses in the field of Internet services, which, unlike other approaches, involve components of artificial intelligence. The proposed methods make it possible to detect unknown malicious software with high probability, which makes it possible to reduce the level of false positives and increase the efficiency and reliability of malicious software detection in CS, as well as provide the information processing in software requirements specifications without the participation of specialists, which partially removes a person from information processing. The developed tools for improving the security and safety of the CS, in contrast to others, increase the reliability and efficiency of malicious software detection, reducing the level of errors and computational complexity of the detection process, as well as assess the level of initial stages of the software life cycle and increase its reliability, functional safety, survivability and warranty. Research methods include methods of systems theory, systems analysis, set theory, modeling theory.
