Purpose: to adjust the content of the Comprehensive Target Program for Energy Efficiency and Development of Housing and Communal Infrastructure of the City of Kyiv for 2016-2020, approved by the decision of the Kyiv City Council dated 03/17/2016 № 232/232 (hereinafter - the Program), in accordance with changes in legislation, decisions of the Kyiv City Council, orders of the executive body of the Kyiv City Council (Kyiv City State Administration), protocol decisions made as a result of meetings chaired by the Kyiv City Council and Kyiv City State Administration, strategic plans of utility companies-co-executors of the Program; change of responsible executors and periods of execution of separate actions of the Program; the need to remove / supplement the Program with new directions / measures (in terms of waste management, management of the energy complex of Kyiv); determination of directions, tasks and measures of the Program in order to extend its validity until 2023.
