The purpose of the work is to develop ways to purposefully regulate the technological and technical properties of concrete on mineral and organic binders due to the quality and quantity of their components. Research methods - standard test methods of materials research and original methods, in particular determination of elasticity of bituminous binders of easy-laying asphalt concrete mixes of static fatigue of asphalt concrete, evaluation of quality of stabilizing additives to them. It has been established that the mobility of the concrete mixture is related to the air entrainment, and that the optimal air entrainment of the mobile mixtures does not guarantee their high frost resistance. The idea of ​​elastic and elastic performance of bituminous binders at low temperatures and the relationship between them has been developed. A calculation method for determining the temperature of fortification of bitumens of different structural types is proposed. Further research in this direction should determine the relationship between elastic and elastic deformation at different temperatures. The expediency of using mineral powder in bitumen as a bituminous additive instead of imported fiber has been proved. This is accompanied by the improvement of all technological and technical properties of SMA. It is shown that the method of temperature viscosity corresponding to 0.5 Pas does not allow to objectively determine the technological temperature of cast asphalt mixtures, the method of estimating the mobility of cast asphalt mixtures is proposed. The influence of bitumen content, its consistency, mineral powder content on the mobility of cast asphalt concrete mixtures is established. The regularities of the influence of the manufacturing temperature, the time of testing the content of mineral powder on the depth of indentation of the stamp are determined.
