The process of training people with special needs in the conditions of inclusion is analyzed to identify the specifics of the stages of such a process, as well as the specifics of providing inclusive education with information technology and the level of such support, formed a model of its information technology support process. Particular attention is paid to educational information and communication technologies for teaching students with autism. Universal design in information and communication technologies as one of the tools of inclusion is considered. The peculiarities of the decision-making process in the formation of information technology for teaching students with autism are analyzed. A set of aspects and measurements of the complexity of the system of educational and social inclusion is analyzed, followed by a study of the web accessibility of the content of its information technology component. The modern approach to the realization of reasoning in the ontological model of knowledge representation, which is based on the use of the apparatus of type theory and the assistant of proof of Coq theorems, is highlighted. The relationship between logic and type theory is structured, and the method of presenting the basic elements of ontology in the formal language of the Coq system is given. Current issues of information and analytical support of the processes of formation of recreational innovation structures are analyzed. Based on the analysis of existing information technologies and systems used to support education, the general characteristics of the educational socio-communication environment of the city are presented.
