The object of study - pollution of the environment with pharmaceutical waste from glass. Research methods - theoretical research methodically provided with methods of scientific knowledge: logical analysis of information, scientific generalization, a systematic approach to the formation of scientific research problems. Analysis of the chemical composition of pharmaceutical waste from glass showed that the glass mixture of used ampoules can be attributed to borosilicate. Due to the qualitative and quantitative content of oxides, such waste should be used as part of engobes and watering in the production of ceramic tiles.
