Karazin Kharkiv National University popup.description2  The subject of development is multiparametric dependences of electrodynamic characteristics of scattered fields on geometrical and material parameters, frequency-power characteristics. The object is electrodynamic properties of graphene structures of terahertz band. During the forth stage of this project, the electrodynamic properties of the single-layer and multi-layer graphene gratings inside the dielectric environment with the use of the created methods is studied. The optimization of the parameters of the gratings is made. The optimization algorithms of the multi-layer gratings are created. The rigorous mathematic models of the graphene gratings are built. The techniques of the effective control of the characteristics of the scattered fields are suggested. The finite graphene strip gratings inside the dielectric layer, finite and semi-infinite multi-layer systems of the infinite graphene gratings inside the dielectric slab, the venetian-blind type graphene gratings are studies. The scattering and absorption characteristics, the excitation of the eigenwaves of the dielectric waveguides are investigated. The gratings under study support variety of resonances: plasmon resonances, grating-mode resonances, resonances near the Rayleigh anomalies, resonances of the eigenwaves of the multi-layer structures, resonances of the natural waves of the dielectric slab. The mathematical apparatus is based on the combination of the method of singular integral equations and operator method. The residues calculus technique and integration in the complex plane is used. Such an approach allows to reduce the calculation time, since the problem for a single complex discontinuity is divided into several sub-problems. This allows to reduce the dimension of the matrix of the resulting system of equations. The methods are righorous, the convergence and unity of solution of the corresponding equations is based on the theorems.
