As a result of the research and development, a "Conclusion ..." was developed, which considered the submitted technical documents on the mine, geological conditions of the formation, its thickness, structure, angle of incidence, rock layers above and below it, formation gypsometry, hydrogeological conditions. An assessment of the possibility of using preliminary moistening of coal in the massif and a set of measures for labor protection and industrial safety are also given. Application of this "Conclusion ..." in an industrial environment will make it possible to secure mining operations, as well as to ensure trouble-free operation of the mine, which will give a positive economic, environmental and social effect.
