It has been established that in the microenvironment (human dimension) the motivation of migration is determined by its needs, interests, goals and expectations. The environment determines the impact on the migration behavior of a person: the needs, interests and expectations of his family; behavior of persons from close surroundings; staff and management specifics (at the place of work). Macro environment factors are economy, labor market, politics, ecology, social security and safety.
