The main tasks: to substantiate from a scientific point of view the system of socio-ecological-economic phase and structural changes; assess the effectiveness of the mechanism for managing of the national economy sustainability; identify and summarize conflicts, gaps and contradictions between social, environmental and economic priorities of the country's development; to develop an economic-mathematical model to determine the optimal ratio of social, environmental and economic points-attractors, considering the principles of system dynamics; to developed a convergent model of the national economy considering the conditions of equilibrium of socio-ecological and economic parameters and minimizing the consequences of their divergence; foresight of socio-ecological-economic indicators of the national economy stability as three scenarios (optimistic, realistic and pessimistic) of transformation processes depending on the probability of exogenous and endogenous changes; to form a algorithm of actions for transition from the formed (unbalanced and with existing socio-ecological-economic contradictions) to the convergent model of development on the basis of data of economic-mathematical model and forecasting.
