The components were selected and experimental modifications of nutrient media with the addition of nanotechnology products, namely citrates of bioelements in nanocarboxylate form, such as: germanium (Ge), iron (Fe), copper (Cu), magnesium (Mg), gold (Au), silver (Ag) in concentrations of 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.5% and 1.0%, as well as a complex of trace elements of different concentrations. The elective properties of experimental nutrient media have been studied. It was found that the primary growth of IDA on the medium with the optimal component composition was observed on the 9th day, and the intensive growth of colonies of IDA - on the 27th day of cultivation. Based on the optimal composition of the components of the media, a method of manufacturing a nutrient medium for the indication of the causative agent of paratuberculosis has been developed.
