The highest extent of cryptosporidiosis - 29.3–18.8 % was in calves 3–45 days of age. Affected animals are most often registered in the winter-spring period with EI of 19.8 and 15.4%. Morphological parameters of calves' blood are characterized by hemoglobinemia, erythropenia and leukocytosis. Biochemical parameters of serum of infected animals were characterized by a decrease in total protein by 9.3 %, albumin by 26.2 % and an increase in globulin by 8.9 % due to a significant increase in β-globulin by 21.2 %, which affected A/G is a factor of 0.7 against 1.1. Increased activity of AST by 11.4 % and ALT by 31.0 % is a consequence of degenerative processes in the liver. An increase in the concentration of CEC and seromucoids indicates suppression of cellular and humoral immune components of sick animals. In the spontaneous course of cryptosporidiosis in calves, the effectiveness of brovitacoccid was 85.7 %, while the effectiveness of "Amprolev-plus" (NSC "IEKVM") was 100 %.
