The aim of the work wasresponse patterns identification to parasitic influence of model insect species, as wheat phytophagous and warehouse pestsat the organismal and population levels with further development of complex biological preparations for organic production and environment protection against anthropogenic transformation in the course of wheat cultivation and storage of grain products. The study methods applied wereconventional methods of collecting the pestmodel species; updated express microscopic techniquesof phytophagous insect infection with ecto- and endoparasites; application of novel methods using high-specialized parasiticspecies and non-specialized bacterial and fungal pathogens to limitation the number of field wheat phytophages and pests of stored grain and products of its processing. The pest species composition of wheat and products of its processing has been specifiedfor Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia and Poltava Oblasts. The effectiveness of concomitant effect of parasitic animals, bacterial and fungal pathogens on the model species of wheat pests was studied in vivo. The concomitantinvasive nematode larvae use with various chemical components (dyes, vitamins, fertilizers and growth stimulants, solutions of organic acids and alkalis) to increase the parasite viability has been studied. The preparationsobtained were tested in field. On the basis of these data, the optimal technologies of combined effects of parasitic organisms were developed. Introduction of the results of the study work in the agriculture production process of farms representsits practical value as a modernmethod of the pest numberregulation adapted to advanced European requirements.
