The subject of research - the factors of formation of the tourist product of the regions of Ukraine. The purpose of the work is to give a detailed and structured analysis of the factors of formation of a competitive tourist product of the regions of Ukraine. Research methods - the following methods of scientific cognition are used in the work: deductive logic, graphic, rating estimations, method of average values, generalizations, expert estimations, mathematical and cartographic modeling. The practical significance of the study is that the results obtained allow: to form optimal models of development of the tourist sphere of the regions of Ukraine on the basis of leading foreign experience; to determine the mechanism of optimal use of the tourist potential of the state for the formation of a competitive tourist product of the country. The obtained results can be used to improve documents (regulations, methods, instructions, etc.) on the development of tourism and its infrastructure in today's globalization.
