PATHOGENESIS, AGE, MULTI-ORGANIC INSUFFICIENCY, CRANIOSKELTAL INJURY The object of the study is cranioskeletal trauma in rats of different ages in the acute period, the period of early and late manifestations of traumatic disease. The aim of the work is to find out the leading mechanisms of formation of multiorgan failure in individuals of different ages on the model of cranioskeletal trauma and to evaluate the effectiveness of its systemic correction by cell therapy. The following techniques were used in the work: experimental - for modeling of skeletal and craniocerebral trauma in rats of different ages; biochemical - to determine the products of lipid peroxidation, the enzymatic link of antioxidant protection, markers of cytolysis, endogenous intoxication; mathematical and statistical - to process the results.
