 The Object of the research – sphere of management with coal mines tailings and processing of coal tailings (rocks). The Purpose of the research – to investigate the possibility of coal mine tailings and processing of coal tailings use as secondary material resources, to develop a mechanism of obtained results implementation. Methods of the research - technical and economic analysis, system approach, analytical calculation methods, methods of expert assessments, etc. As a result of the second stage of research, the resources of secondary raw materials from the waste coal mines tailings and processing of coal tailings (rock) were determined on the basis of studying it physical-mechanical, chemical-mineralogical and technological properties within certain objects of wastes formation and accumulation in Donetsk region.
