The experimental data for the excitation energies in strongly deformed nucleus Gd-158 were obtained from the two-neutrons transfer reactions for the angular moments 0+ , 2+ and 4+. For the distribution of distances between the neighboring energy levels the new approximation of Wigner-Dyson theory is used, that makes it possible to describe the Wigner (chaotic) and Poisson (regular) contributions by one parameter. It is shown that with increasing angular moment of actinide nuclei the distribution of distances approaches the Poisson distribution. For the fixed projection of angular moment of collective state the distribution of distances tends to the Wigner distribution, what is explained by the violation of axial symmetry of nuclei.
