 The object of research is the innovative activity of agricultural enterprises The purpose of the work is to improve the accounting and analytical support and the development of adaptive accounting mechanisms in the innovation management system, taking into account the peculiarities of agricultural production. The subject of research - theoretical foundations, methods, approaches, tools and guidelines for the formation of accounting and analytical support of cognitive management of innovative activities of agricultural enterprises Research methods: structural-comparative and monographic analysis; statistical analysis; graphic method; correlation-regression analysis; cluster analysis; factor analysis; index method. Based on the analysis of world experience in innovation management formed a system of adaptive accounting mechanisms to improve the effectiveness of cognitive management of innovation of agricultural enterprises, developed methodological approaches to the formation of organizational and economic mechanism for implementing innovative crop projects based on cognitive approaches to innovation management, improved system analytical tools to ensure management decisions on innovation, taking into account the specifics of farmers and large agricultural enterprises. The main results of the study were implemented in SFG "Kairos". KEY WORDS: MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY, ADAPTATION, ACCOUNTING AND ANALYTICAL SUPPORT.
