The main regularities of the influence of the technological conditions for the production of crystals and thin films of ordinary and semimagnetic chalcogenide semiconductors and metal oxides and nitrides on their physical properties, stoichiometry and structural perfection have been established. These regularities were established on the basis of complex magnetic, electrical, optical and photoelectric studies. Devices for electronics, spintronics and photovoltaics were created on the basis of these materials. The dependence of their parameters on the type of material, structural and technological conditions of creation of structures is investigated.
